Mode of Preparation

  1. Cook the pork in water with 3 cloves of garlic, half an onion and salt for approximately 45 minutes. Reserve the meat and the broth.

  9. Grind all the reserved ingredients in the blender, adding the 5 ball peppers, the half tablespoon of cumin, the tablespoon of oregano, the three cloves, the bunch of coriander, the 8 leaves of romaine lettuce and the beef broth.
  10. In a saucepan add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it heat. Once hot (5 minutes) add the meat and fry perfectly. Once the meat is fried, pour the mixture from the blender and stir constantly so that it does not stick.
  11. Add the bouillon cube and correct the salt. Stir constantly for 30 minutes, check that the meat is tender and that the seasoning is as desired. Ready, bon appetit.
