Method of preparation
- Clean the beans, rinse and reserve with clean water.
- In a saucepan with 1/4 of water, bring to a boil, add 1/2 kilo of beans with the water in which they were reserved, with 1/4 onion, 2 cloves of garlic and salt to taste.
- While the beans are cooking, chop the vegetables, the tomato cut into fine cubes, the onion cut into cubes, the 2 cloves of garlic chop finely and chop the serrano peppers, set aside.
